Navina Balakrishnan

About

An international PhD student in the field of Food Science and Technology at Escuela Técnica Superior De Ingeniería Agraria De La Universidad, Universitat de Lleida, Spain with a motto to develop innovative and sustainable strategies against Alicyclobacillus sp. and to mitigate the effects of food toxins such as Patulin in fruit juices in collaboration with several Spanish industries.

My other research interests include novel processing techniques, food waste valorization, etc.
