About

My research focuses on understanding the molecular mechanisms underlying lung and neurodegenerative diseases, with particular emphasis on asthma, silicosis, and pulmonary fibrosis induced by environmental pollutants, as well as Parkinson’s disease and Alzheimer’s disease. My work investigates the role of oxidative stress, mitochondrial dysfunction, and related cellular signaling pathways in disease pathogenesis and progression. By targeting these interconnected mechanisms, I aim to identify novel therapeutic strategies that can mitigate tissue damage, improve cellular damage. My research integrates insights from toxicology, immunogy, molecular biology, and translational medicine to advance our understanding of environmentally induced and age-related disorders.
