About
Zheng’s current research focuses on the resource-cost tradeoffs of wind and solar energy. Drawing on insights from physical geography, he employs machine learning, optimization models and LCOE models to analyze the spatiotemporal characteristics, complementary relationships, scaling effects and cost competitiveness and location superiority of China’s energy resources.
