About
Dr. Rinku Sanjeev (PhD, MBA, MA, EPHRM-IIM Calcutta), is a multi dimensional personality in the area of academics and behavioral science, having 17 years of experience in industry & academia. She has been also the Associate Editor of “Journal of IMS Group” (listed in Cabell’s 11th Management Edition, USA). Having several research publications and book reviews in refereed International/ National Journals in her credit, she has been actively involved in research work & projects also. Besides this she presented research papers at various National and International Conferences and Seminars. One of the empirical paper on “Social Quality as a Forecaster of Quality of Life” she presented at Zhejiang University, Hangzhou, China. She has been organizer several International and National Conferences, Seminars, MDPs and FDPs sponsored by ICSSR and AICTE. She has authored and edited five books titled “Ethics and Values in Business Management”, “Reinventing Management Strategies: The design for future”, “Futuristic Human Resource and Strategic Management: Reinvent & Redesign”, “Innovation and Creativity Management: The design for future and Re Branding of Employee Relationships: The Paradigm Shift” with reputed publishers. In addition, she is Research Guide for PhD scholars with YMCA, Faridabad and Pacific University, Udaipur. She has also delivered many training programs as resource person on Personality Development, Team Building, Time Management, Leadership and many more.
