Jagdeep Rahul (Member, ACM) received the PhD degree from Rajiv Gandhi University (A Central University) Arunachal Pradesh, India, in 2021 and M.Tech. degree from Atal Bihari Vajpayee-Indian Institute of Information Technology and Management, Gwalior, India, in 2012. He has been serving as Associate Professor with Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering, Rajiv Gandhi University, Arunachal Pradesh, India since 2015. He has teaching experience at various technical institutes and university levels. His research interests include biomedical signal and image processing, machine learning, and deep learning. He is a reviewer of many SCI/SCIE journals at IEEE, Elsevier, and Springer.
