About
Dr. Abhijit Bera is an Assistant Professor of Physics at Midnapore College (Autonomous), India. He has designed an SPM lab in this institute. Before he joined this position, he was a Postdoctoral Fellow at the Ruhr University of Bochum, Germany, and the Technical University of Vienna (TU-Wien), Austria. He studied doctoral at the Indian Association for the Cultivation of Science. His research interests are in surface science, scanning probe microscopy, single-molecule chemistry, photocatalysts, and strongly correlated systems. Dr. Bera was a Visiting Scholar at the University of Aalto University, Finland. He has authored/ co-authored 45+ research articles and presented his research works at several international conferences in Europe and India.
