Dr. Sudhakar Das has obtained his Ph. D. degree under Biju Patnaik University of Technology, India (BPUT) in March 2017, M. Tech. degree in 2010 from BPUTand and BTech degree in 2001 from Berhampur University (India) in the field of Electronics and Communication Engineering. He is currently working as a faculty in National Institute of Science and Technology, India. He has published twelve papers in the journals of repute and has presented his work in different national/ international conferences. His research interest includes modeling of homo/heterostructure semiconductor devices to operate at high frequency for use in high speed VLSI circuits and communication engineering applications.
