About

I am a Ph. D. in Medical Microbiology from University of Delhi, India. I am presently working as Senior Resident (Molecular Medicine) at a tertiary care TB hospital in Delhi. My Ph.D. work involved construction and characterization of recombinant phage display scFv antibodies against influenza A virus (H1N1). My current position involves development of novel efficient diagnostic techniques for tuberculosis. We are on quest for identification of biomarkers to aid in rapid, cheaper yet accurate TB diagnosis. My research work has been recognized at various national and international platforms. I am active member of various scientific bodies and reviewer for Journal of Clinical Virology, Frontiers journals and Advances in Virology.
