About
My research interests are Multi stranded DNA structures at genomic locations, G-quadruplex, i-motif and their interaction with various peptides, natural and synthetic ligands. I also worked on BSA and calixarenes. I am looking for various aspect of mode of interaction of ligands with DNA structures in genome. I used various biophysical and biochemical techniques such as PAGE electrophoresis, UV-Absorbance, UV-thermal denaturation, Circular Dichrosim, Fluorescence Spectroscopy, Time-Resolved Fluorescence Spectroscopy. I aso used Bioinformatics to search sequences at genomic locations. I would like to explore other aspect of DNA structures in field of cancer biology etc.
