I am a graduate in Biochemistry, Genetics, and Biotechnology from Jain (Deemed-to-be) University, Bengaluru, with a strong interest in molecular biology and bioinformatics. My research experience includes an internship at IISc, where I studied cold plasma applications in agriculture, leading to multiple mini-projects and an international conference presentation. I have also worked on in-silico molecular docking and drug-likeness screening at Bionome Pvt. Ltd., focusing on MMP-2 inhibitors for varicose vein management.
I am proficient in next-generation sequencing (NGS) analysis, genome informatics, molecular docking, and tools like BLAST, MEGA, and Linux-based bioinformatics pipelines. My lab experience includes recombinant DNA technology, HPLC, mammalian cell culture, and biochemical assays.
