About
I am a PhD student in Materials Science and Engineering at the University of California, Riverside, and a Dean’s Distinguished Award Fellow, working in the areas of ultra-high vacuum and catalysis. With an M.Sc. and B.Sc. in Chemistry, my research centers on electrochemical energy storage and sustainable energy technologies, spanning nanomaterials, supercapacitors, 2D materials (including graphene and borophene), and microbial fuel cells, supported by multiple peer-reviewed publications. Previously, I contributed as a Project Assistant and later as an International Visiting Scholar at the Kyoto Institute of Technology, strengthening my expertise in electrochemical and materials characterisation while receiving recognitions such as the Best Oral Presentation award (ICFAC 2025) and an Electrochemical Society travel grant. Through advanced synthesis and rigorous characterisation, I aim to deliver impactful innovations in energy conversion and storage.
