Rajendra Vasantrao Patil received his first degree from Nortih Maharashtra University, Jalgaon in Computer Engineering, in 1998. He has also Master degree from Swami Ramanand Teerth Marathwada University, in 2010. The Ph.D. degree from SunRise University, Alwar. His Phd thesis focused on fusion and integrated approaches to color image segmentation. He is having 26 years teaching and research experience at various institutes in India. His main research interests focus on integrated approaches to image segmentation, Content Based Image Retrieval, Data imbalance handling methods, Machine Learning, Data Mining and Computer Vision. He has published more than 45 articles in Scopus indexed journals, conferences and peer reviewed journals. He has three indian design patents in his credit.
