About
I am a dedicated and analytical research scholar with expertise in advanced CRISPR–Cas9-mediated genome editing. I possess extensive experience in field-based experiments focusing on abiotic stress tolerance, complemented by strong proficiency in molecular biology techniques and plant tissue culture.
During my Ph.D., I identified a melatonin receptor in rice and functionally validated its role in regulating plant growth and stress tolerance. My research interests further extend to understanding abiotic stress response mechanisms, improving yield-related traits, and enhancing the nutritional quality of crop plants.
