About
A legal researcher and educator driven by a simple conviction that "diligence and dedication, when combined with intellectual rigor, create success for both the individual and the institution". I hold a Ph.D. in Law from Central University of Haryana (specializing in Family Law and Gender Rights, an LL.M. in Constitution & Administrative Law from NUSRL, Ranchi (Gold Medalist, 2018-19), and have qualified UGC NET (Law). I am currently pursuing an MA/MSc in Criminology and Crime Science at Rashtriya Raksha University, Gandhinagar, to strengthen my interdisciplinary engagement with criminal law reforms, digital forensics, and criminal sciences.
My research agenda is focused on four interconnected areas: Artificial Intelligence in judicial decision-making and legal ethics; Constitutional law and gender justice, including matrimonial cruelty and marital rape; Criminal law reforms and victimology approaches; and Cybersecurity, digital rights, and privacy, with a comparative lens on India and the developing nations.
My publication record reflects a deliberate strategy to engage with reputable, Scopus-indexed, and peer-reviewed platforms. I have published with Springer Nature, IGI Global, and in many indian journals, with an edited book on Cyber Security Concerns and Use of Artificial Intelligence (ISBN: 978-81-947620-5-8, 2024).
Being a member of reviewer boards and committees for national and international conferences has taught me what constitutes fair, constructive, and efficient peer review. I am therefore actively seeking to expand my service as a peer reviewer and editorial board member for high-impact, Scopus-indexed, and Web of Science journals in the fields of law, technology, human rights, and criminology. I bring to every review a commitment to confidentiality, timely feedback, and developmental critique that respects the author’s effort while upholding scholarly standards.
I invite journal editors, conference organizers, and fellow researchers to connect with me via my ORCID record (0009-0000-2146-1170), ResearchGate, or Google Scholar. I am open to collaborative research, guest editing assignments, and invitations to review. I believe that academic integrity is not a static credential but a daily practice and I am committed to practicing it in every manuscript I write, every review I complete, and every student I mentor.
