About
I am an Assistant Professor, Royal School of Business at The Assam Royal Global University. I have completed my PhD in Business Administration from the University of Science & Technology Meghalaya, with my doctoral research focused on Sustainable Agribusiness Opportunities. I hold a B.Sc. in Agriculture (2016) and an MBA in Agribusiness Management (2018) from Assam Agricultural University, Jorhat.
My research interests lie at the intersection of sustainable agribusiness and management studies. I primarily focus on sustainable agriculture, agribusiness opportunities, farmer producer companies (FPCs), value addition of agricultural produce, and the role of agricultural extension, training institutions, and policy interventions in farmer empowerment and rural development. I am also interested in green marketing, sustainable consumer behavior, urban horticulture, and circular economy approaches such as agricultural and floral waste valorization.
