I am Dr. Kuldeep Sharma, a dedicated educator and researcher specializing in Teacher Education. I hold a Ph.D. in Education from the Department of Education (Birla Campus), Hemvati Nandan Bahuguna Garhwal University (A Central University), Uttarakhand, India. Driven by a profound passion for lifelong and multidisciplinary learning, I have built a diverse academic foundation with a Master of Education (M.Ed.), a Master of Commerce (M.Com.), a Master of Arts in Economics (MA-Economics), and an MA in Education. Complementing my academic qualifications, I have cleared both the UGC-NET and SLET (Uttarakhand) in Education, reflecting my strong baseline and alignment with higher education standards.

Teaching & Research Journey:
With over five years of core undergraduate and postgraduate teaching experience across esteemed management and technology institutes, I have consistently worked towards fostering academic excellence among teacher-trainees. My research footprint spans advanced areas of pedagogical innovation, educational technology, and psychological traits in modern classroom settings. My doctoral research extensively investigated the profound impact of interactivity on the academic achievement and creativity of B.Ed. trainees. Further expanding my research horizons, I have actively contributed to the digital transformation landscape by serving as a Research Assistant on an ICSSR Minor Project, focusing on exploring AI-assisted self-directed learning and bridging the digital divide in the Garhwal region.

Expertise, Personal Growth & Core Competencies:
My scholarly work includes multiple peer-reviewed research publications and presentations at national and international conferences, covering critical domains such as the implementation of NEP 2020 initiatives and PRISMA-guided systematic reviews. Parallelly, I am actively contributing to academia as an Independent Researcher, constantly striving to push the boundaries of my research capabilities and explore emerging educational horizons. To complement this journey, I remain deeply committed to continuous professional and personal growth—regularly undergoing specialized faculty development programs, expanding my technical proficiency in data analytics (SPSS, Excel), and consciously refining my personality traits and leadership skills to excel in high-impact academic environments.

Currently, I am seeking advancement opportunities as an Assistant Professor in Teacher Education, where I can leverage my multidisciplinary background, empirical research insights, technological proficiency, and self-driven growth to nurture the next generation of future educators.
