Wei Chen received the BS degree in Logistics Engineering from Shaanxi University of Science and Technology, Xi’an, China, and the MS degree in Logistics Engineering from Northeast Forestry University, Harbin, China. She is currently studying for her doctorate in the College of Control Science and Engineering, Zhejiang University, Hangzhou, China. Her research interests include imbalanced data classification and clustering.
