About
Brandon S. Goe is an independent researcher developing Structural Command Theory (SCT), an integrated framework for analyzing authority, conduct, and visibility as three categorically distinct dimensions of organizational command. The framework comprises three companion constructs — SCT (structure), Servant Command Leadership (SCL, conduct), and the Executive Command Center (ECC, visibility instrumentation) — governed by the NONCOLLAPSE constraint set that prevents the category errors common in organizational consulting and leadership-development practice.
The research grounds its analytical reach in two practitioner traditions: industrial-construction field experience as a journeyman wireman (IBEW Local 270) and rank-based authority architecture as a senior noncommissioned officer in the United States Army Reserve. Academic work in progress includes Master’s-level coursework at American Military University and a planned dissertation track at the University of the Cumberlands. The SCT-SCL-ECC framework is articulated across three working papers (Goe 2026a, 2026b, 2026c) deposited at Zenodo.
