Dr. Sarat Kumar Rout is a currently serving as Professor and Head, Department of Education, Ravenshaw University. With a rich and progressive academic career spanning over 23 years, Dr. Rout has significantly contributed to teacher education, school leadership, curriculum reform, and educational technology. He began his academic journey at NCERT, New Delhi as a Junior Project Fellow and went on to serve as Lecturer at GGSIP University and Programme Officer at DEP-SSA, IGNOU before joining Ravenshaw University in 2010. Since then, he has steadily ascended through academic ranks, owing to his exemplary teaching, prolific research output, and visionary leadership.
