Abdul Hamid is a lecturer and researcher at Universitas Sapta Mandiri, South Kalimantan, Indonesia. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Informatics Engineering (S.Kom.), complemented by dual Master's degrees in Management (M.M.) and Computer Science (M.Kom.). This multidisciplinary educational background provides a strong foundation for his research at the intersection of information technology, business processes, and organizational strategy.

His primary research interests encompass Information Systems, Software Engineering, Technology Management, and Digital Entrepreneurship. His academic portfolio features practical and theoretical studies, including the application of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies in building e-recruitment and web-based management systems. Furthermore, his research investigates Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) success factors and the impact of human resource development on organizational performance.

In addition to his active contributions to accredited national journals, he has authored the book Entrepreneurship di Era Digital (2025), which bridges the gap between technological innovation and modern business practices.
