About
I am a research scholar Ph.D. in Sport Psychology. Over the past seven years, I have worked extensively with athletes at corporate-sponsored high-performance centres, delivering face-to-face psychological training interventions to more than 160 elite state- and national-level athletes across disciplines such as hockey, weightlifting, and swimming, in addition to personal consultancy services to other athletes. In addition to my applied work, I serve as a visiting faculty member, teaching sports psychology. I am a qualified training professional, holding a postgraduate diploma in Learning and Development. I have published a number of research papers and pre-prints. I am associated with 3 SCOPUS indexed journals as a reviewer.
