International science & technology policy professional with over seven years’ experience shaping international science policy, innovation programmes, and research partnerships across UK Government and multilateral systems.
My research focuses on the utility of institutional theory in analysing health policy, including the role of Institutional Entrepreneurship, Policy Entrepreneurs, and “Street-level bureaucrats” in developing and executing health policy interventions. Geographically, my work is focused on SE Asia, with my PhD thesis focusing on Thailand.
