About
I am a Bioinformatics undergraduate at SIMATS Engineering, Chennai (B.E. Bioinformatics, 2026), with strong academic performance and hands-on research experience in computational biology, molecular docking, CRISPR technology, and biotechnology. My research focuses on therapeutic target identification, comparative molecular docking, and drug repurposing, with projects addressing pulmonary disease targets and Gaucher’s disease mutations.
I have developed the CRISPRCraft Design Tool, a Streamlit-based application for CRISPR gRNA design and off-target analysis, and contributed to projects in machine learning-based language translation and biological system converters. My laboratory expertise includes probiotic production, fermentation, enzyme assays, and molecular biology techniques, complemented by computational skills in Autodock, Cytoscape, PyMOL, PyRx, Chimera, and LigPlot.
Certified in Python, JavaScript, and Prompt Engineering, and with an IELTS score of 7.0, I bring a multidisciplinary approach that bridges computational, laboratory, and applied research skills, aiming to advance bioinformatics and therapeutic discovery.
