Dr. Soe Hein is an international academic leader, educational strategist, and entrepreneur with extensive experience in executive education, institutional development, strategic management, and regional collaboration across ASEAN and international academic networks.

He is the Founder and President of IMU University (EdTech Cambodia), an innovative higher education and executive learning institution focused on hybrid education systems, digital transformation, research publication, and leadership development. Under his leadership, IMU University promotes flexible and internationally connected education models integrating academic excellence with practical leadership applications.

Dr. Soe Hein also serves as President of the Thomas Jefferson Research Centre (EU/ASEAN), where he supports international academic cooperation, multidisciplinary research, publication development, and strategic educational partnerships between ASEAN and European institutions.
