Dr. Sanjay R. Sange received his Bachelor of Engineering in Industrial Electronics Engineering from the University of Amravati, India, in 1994, and his Master of Engineering in Computer Engineering from the University of Mumbai, India, in 2008. He was awarded a Ph.D. in Computer Engineering in 2016 from Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS), Mumbai, India.
Dr. Sange has over 28 years of academic and administrative experience, having served as Associate Professor, Professor, and Principal in reputed engineering institutions. His academic expertise spans Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, and emerging computational technologies.
He has made significant research contributions with more than 36 publications in international journals and conferences. He is the recipient of a Best Paper Award at a Springer International Conference. His innovation portfolio includes one Indian patent, one German patent, one Australian patent, four published Indian patents, and a registered copyright. He has also submitted a funded research proposal under the Indian Knowledge Systems (IKS) scheme valued at INR 10.85 lakhs.
Dr. Sange has played an active leadership role in the academic community. He has chaired more than ten international conferences, including events held in Singapore, and has organized over fifty Faculty Development Programs (FDPs), Short-Term Training Programs (STTPs), workshops, seminars, webinars, and national and international conferences. He serves on the editorial boards of various international journals and conferences and has reviewed more than 100 research papers for reputed publications.
He is a member of Boards of Studies at multiple universities and serves as a Ph.D. evaluator and progress review examiner for doctoral scholars. He has delivered numerous invited talks and guest lectures at academic and professional forums.
Dr. Sange is a Fellow Member of the Institution of Electronics and Telecommunication Engineers (IETE), a member of the Institution of Engineering and Technology (IET), a Life Member of the Indian Society for Technical Education (ISTE), and a professional member of the Association for Computing Machinery (ACM) and the International Association of Engineers (IAENG).
His work reflects a sustained commitment to research excellence, academic leadership, innovation, and professional service.
