About
I am a Pharmacology researcher and academic professional specializing in neuropharmacology, with a strong focus on preclinical research and translational therapeutics. I hold an M.Pharm in Pharmacology from Chitkara College of Pharmacy (CGPA 9.01), where my research investigated the neuroprotective effects of trans-anethole in nicotine withdrawal syndrome using validated animal models.
My research interests span neuropharmacology, drug discovery, oxidative stress, inflammation, and advanced drug delivery systems, with emerging focus areas including nanomedicine, regenerative medicine, and AI-driven therapeutics. I have extensive hands-on experience in experimental behavioral neuroscience, animal model development, surgical pharmacology techniques, and biochemical assays such as ELISA, histopathology, and cytokine profiling.
I am currently working as a Teaching and Research Assistant in Pharmacology, contributing to undergraduate and postgraduate education while actively engaging in research and mentorship. I have previously served in similar academic roles across multiple institutions, gaining experience in curriculum delivery and student guidance.
I have authored and co-authored numerous peer-reviewed publications in reputed international journals, covering diverse topics including neurodegenerative disorders, multidrug resistance, stem cell therapies, nanotechnology-driven cancer treatments, and advanced drug delivery systems. My work reflects a multidisciplinary approach bridging pharmacology, biotechnology, and emerging healthcare technologies.
In addition to research, I have participated in international conferences, received competitive travel grants, and earned recognition through awards such as Best Poster Presentation. I am committed to advancing scientific knowledge, fostering innovation, and contributing to impactful research and education in pharmaceutical sciences.
