I am a Researcher and Consulting Dietitian committed to merging traditional food wisdom with contemporary nutritional science. My research interests include adolescent and young adult health, with the focus on prevention of non-communicable diseases (NCDs). With a Master’s in Dietetics and Applied Nutrition from Manipal Academy of Higher Education, and certifications in psychology and human behavior, I bring a multidisciplinary perspective to public health nutrition research.
