I have submitted my Ph.D. thesis in Physical Education at Aligarh Muslim University, India. I am a University Gold Medalist in both B.P.Ed. and M.P.Ed., with over two years of teaching experience as a Physical Education Teacher and a strong commitment to teaching, research, and academic excellence.

My research focuses on sports biomechanics, gait analysis, exercise physiology, rehabilitation, and injury prevention, with particular emphasis on the biomechanical effects of different heel heights on human gait and movement. I have published research articles in peer-reviewed, Scopus-indexed journals and presented my work at national and international conferences.

My academic interests include sports biomechanics, movement analysis, exercise prescription, physical fitness, rehabilitation, motor learning, and evidence-based physical education. I am committed to advancing knowledge in sports sciences through high-quality research, innovative teaching, and interdisciplinary collaboration while contributing to the development of physical education and athlete performance.
