About
My name is Shreerupa Biswas, and I am currently pursuing a doctoral degree with a focus on 2D TMDs (Transition Metal Dichalcogenides) Materials and their gas-sensing applications, from NIT Durgapur. I completed my B.Tech degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Swami Vivekananda Institute of Science and Technology, where I acquired a solid foundation in the field of electronics.
Building upon my bachelor's degree, I have further specialized in the area of nanoelectronics and photonics. I completed my M.Tech degree with a specialization in Nanoelectronics and Photonics from the Institute of Radio Physics & Electronics, University of Calcutta.
My research interests primarily lie in the field of 2D materials and TMD materials, particularly focusing on their applications in gas sensing.
Throughout my academic journey, I have gained proficiency in various technical tools and software. I am skilled in using MATLAB, which enables me to perform numerical computations and data analysis effectively. Additionally, I have experience with CADENCE, COMSOL, SILVACO (2D/3D), and NI Multisim. These tools have been instrumental in simulating, analyzing, and designing electronic circuits and devices
