Devendra Kumar (Student Member, IEEE) received the B.Tech. degree in electrical engineering from the National Institute of Technology Patna, Bihar, India, in 2015, and the M.Tech. degree in power electronics and drives from the Indian Institute of Technology Mandi, Himachal Pradesh, India, in 2019. He is currently a Research Scholar in the Department of Electronics and Electrical Engineering at the Indian Institute of Technology Guwahati, Assam, India.
