Dr. Anup Prakash Upadhyay is a distinguished academician and researcher in the field of
Dr Anup Prakash Upadhyay, Faculty of Communication and Extension Management, currently serving as a Faculty Member at the Indian Institute of Forest Management (IIFM), Bhopal. With over 13 years of experience in teaching, training, research, consulting, administration, and extension, Dr. Upadhyay has made significant contributions to capacity building and knowledge dissemination in the domains of
managerial communication, technology transfer, and livelihood promotion.
Holding a Ph.D. in Extension & Communication from G.B. Pant University of Agriculture and Technology (GBPUA&T), Pantnagar, Dr. Upadhyay is also ARS (2007) NET and UGC-NET qualified. Prior to joining IIFM, he served as Subject Matter Specialist (Agriculture Extension) at Krishi Vigyan Kendra (ICAR), Assistant Professor (Extension & Communication Management) at Central Agricultural University and Assistant Registrar Academics at CAU Pasighat Campus.
Dr. Upadhyay has authored three books, including titles on Training Need Assessment and Climate Change: Combating through Science and Technology. His academic portfolio includes 30 research papers, 12 book chapters, and 20 articles/short communications, reflecting extensive contribution to the field.

He has also collaborated with leading academic institutions and universities to enhance competencies of working professionals across various sectors. With a passion for bridging communication, technology, and sustainable development, Dr.Upadhyay continues to contribute meaningfully to academia, research, and policy formulation in extension and communication management.
