Sarita Peddi, MBA (HR, MKT) , LLB, I am a full-time Research Scholar at SR University, with Human Resources and Organizational Behaviour as my core research domain. My academic journey spans ten years of teaching experience, including six and a half years as Associate Professor at Vishwa Vishwani School of Business, where I designed and delivered numerous training and development programmes for diverse student cohorts. I was also entrusted with the key responsibility of formulating HR policies for the institution. Earlier in my career, I held the position of Head of Department in previous organizations—roles that reflect my enduring commitment to academic excellence and holistic student development.
At this stage of my career, I am deeply focused on research and scholarly writing.
My publication portfolio comprises 23 publications in total, including 11 book chapters, 3 journal articles, 6 published conference papers, and 2 published patents. Of these, 16 are Scopus-indexed, and all are aligned with my doctoral thesis work, underscoring my dedication to advancing knowledge in my field.

I was honoured with the Best Paper Award at IIM Jammu for my presented research article.
Additionally, the case study I presented at IIM Visakhapatnam was published in the CRISP Case Conference Book.
