About
At present, I am working as a research scholar in the Department of Mathematics at BITS-Pilani, Hyderabad Campus. As a researcher in the area of applied mathematics, my work deals with a certain class of mathematical modelling of wave-structure interaction problems that arise in the real coastal environment. My research mainly focuses on the application of the Boundary Element Method (BEM) for the mathematical modelling of Wave Energy Converter (WEC) devices (Currently Oscillating Water Column and Oyster wave surge converter devices) and diverse coastal structures. This methodology aids in optimizing WEC designs and understanding the dynamic behaviour of coastal structures, contributing to sustainable energy harvesting and coastal protection.
