Obtained M.Sc. degree in Chemistry from Manipal Academy of Higher Education, Manipal, India. Later, pursued a Ph.D. in Chemistry at JAIN (Deemed-to-be University), Bangalore, India. Later, accepted a postdoctoral position at Eastern New Mexico University, United States. Currently, working as a Juan de la Cierva postdoctoral fellow in INMA-CSIC, University of Zaragoza, Spain. His research interests include synthesizing conjugated small/polymeric molecules for various electronic device applications, luminescent liquid crystals, and dye-sensitized solar cells, and perovskite solar cells.
