About
I am PhD Research Scholar at Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore.
My research interests are 2D materials like Graphene and TMDs. I work on the technology development of 2D material-based FETs for future electronic applications and investigate the reliability performance of the devices. My research interests also include investigating thermal transport in 2D materials.
