I am a Senior Research Fellow at the School of Management, National Institute of Technology (NIT) Rourkela, where my research focuses on technology adoption, consumer behavior, retail innovation, and the behavioral aspects of decision-making.
Alongside academic research, I actively write on public policy, the economy, governance, and market trends. My articles have been published in leading platforms, including The Economic Times Hindi, Dainik Jagran, Newstrack, Swadesh, and Gaon Connection.
In 2018, I founded the Finance and Economics Think Council (FETC), a platform dedicated to policy discussions, research, and youth engagement.
My work aims to bridge research, policy, and public discourse by making complex ideas accessible and relevant to wider audiences.
