I am the IVF Lab Director at Indore Infertility Clinic, where I lead all embryology and IVF laboratory operations. My clinical work focuses on advanced embryology, quality systems, and culture-lab optimization.

I am also the Course Director and lead trainer at Embryogeny, an institute dedicated to upskilling embryologists through hands-on training and evidence-based learning. Passionate about teaching and mentorship, I integrate clinical experience, research, and technology to support the next generation of embryologists.
