I am currently working as a Full-Time Doctoral Research Scholar and UGC Junior Research Fellow within the esteemed Department of Commerce at Assam University, Silchar since December, 2023. I have done my M.Com (Specialization in Accounting) from Assam University, Silchar in 2021. I have qualified UGC NET-JRF and NE SLET in Commerce. Fueled by a passion for sustainability and corporate social responsibility, my research interests revolve around ESG Practices, Sustainability Reporting, and CSR.
