About

Charul Sharma is a global academic leader, researcher, educator, and institution builder, currently pursuing a Doctorate (Ph.D.) in Human Resource Management and Organizational Behaviour from Sharda University. Her academic and professional journey reflects a strong commitment to advancing research, education, internationalization, and youth empowerment through innovative and impactful initiatives.
She is the Founder and Managing Director of Northern Institute of Professional Studies and Research (NIPSAR), a non-profit institution dedicated to fostering excellence in research, education, skill development, and youth leadership. NIPSAR was established with the vision of bridging the gap between academia and industry by enhancing employability through skill-based education, global exposure, industry engagement, and value-driven leadership development. Under her leadership, the institute has successfully initiated three international Collaborative Online International Learning (COIL) programs, facilitated 22 international academic collaborations through Memoranda of Understanding (MoUs), and developed international immersion opportunities that provide students with meaningful global learning experiences.
Her research interests span Artificial Intelligence Consciousness, Emotional Intelligence, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI), Leadership Effectiveness, Job Satisfaction, Organizational Behaviour, Human Resource Management, and Employee Behaviour. Her scholarly work examines the intersection of technology, emotional intelligence, leadership, and workplace dynamics, with a particular focus on understanding how these factors influence employee well-being, organizational culture, and performance in contemporary organizations.
In addition to her academic and research pursuits, she is a Certified POSH (Prevention of Sexual Harassment) Trainer committed to promoting safe, respectful, inclusive, and legally compliant workplaces through training, awareness, and capacity-building initiatives across educational institutions and organizations.
Prior to establishing NIPSAR, she served as an Assistant Professor of Organizational Behaviour and Human Resource Management at GNIOT Institute of Management Studies (GIMS), where she undertook several institutional leadership responsibilities, including Alumni Relations, International Relations, Website Coordination, Academic Coordination, and Corporate Resource Centre (CRC) activities, while also contributing as a member of the Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC). Throughout her academic career, she has mentored and guided more than 1,000 students, supporting their academic excellence, career preparedness, and professional growth.
Academically, she holds a PGDM in Human Resource Management from Institute of Management Technology (IMT) Ghaziabad and an MBA from Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University. She has authored multiple scholarly publications indexed in ABDC, Scopus, and Web of Science and is the holder of an Indian patent. Her professional mission centers on advancing impactful research, strengthening international academic collaboration, and empowering future generations through education, innovation, ethical leadership, and global engagement.
