I am Director of the Pragya Group of Institutions, Bijainagar, Rajasthan — a network of nine institutions spanning pre-primary to postgraduate education, serving over 5,500 students. I hold an M.A. in Sanskrit, an MBA in Human Resources, and a Ph.D. for critical studies on the Shilank Teeka of the Sutrakritang Sutra. My research interests lie at the intersection of Jain philosophy, education, and contemporary social and psychological questions — including personality development, sustainable living, and values-based pedagogy. I have served as Secretary of the Federation of Jain Educational Institutions (2016–2023) and as Editor of Swadhyay Sandesh Masik (2008–2024)
