I am a dedicated library professional and researcher with over 17.5 years of extensive experience in the field of Library and Information Science (LIS). Currently serving as a Librarian at KLH University, I bring a strong blend of academic expertise, technical proficiency, and administrative experience to the evolving landscape of modern libraries.
I hold multiple postgraduate qualifications, including a Master of Library and Information Science (M.L.I.Sc.), Master of Science in Computer Science, and Master of Technology in Computer Science and Engineering. I am presently pursuing my Ph.D. in Library and Information Science from Annamalai University, with a focus on advancing research in LIS and emerging information technologies.My professional expertise encompasses library automation, RFID technology, content management systems, and integrated library management systems. I have substantial experience in organizing and managing both physical and digital library resources, as well as delivering user-centered services that enhance information accessibility and user satisfaction.My core competencies include cataloguing and classification, information retrieval, digital resource management, and troubleshooting library management software systems. I am also deeply engaged in academic research, with a strong interest in improving information systems and services within educational institutions.With a commitment to continuous learning and innovation, I strive to integrate technology-driven solutions into library services and contribute to the advancement of knowledge in the field of Library and Information Science.
