About
I am a researcher specializing in nanomaterials, chemoresistive and optical sensing, and sustainable biomaterial technologies. My doctoral work focused on developing advanced gas-sensing platforms for early detection of plant stress through volatile biomarkers. I have extensive hands-on experience in synthesizing functional nanomaterials (1D/2D/3D oxides, MXenes, MOFs, zeolites, nanocomposites, single-atom and binary catalysts) and integrating them into portable, IoT-enabled sensing devices. My broader interests include smart materials, sustainable nanotechnology, active/intelligent packaging, VOC sensing, and translational research that bridges lab-scale innovation with real-world deployment. I aim to apply my interdisciplinary expertise to develop next-generation sensing systems for agriculture, environmental monitoring, and biomedical applications.
