I am a senior leader with over 27 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, currently serving as Senior Vice President, Sales and Marketing at USV Pvt. Ltd. My expertise encompasses sales force effectiveness (SFE), medico-marketing, and digital transformation in the healthcare sector, particularly in chronic and semi-chronic care segments such as anti-diabetes and cardiac care. I manage a ₹1000 crore portfolio, leading a team of over 1000 professionals, and drive business growth through innovative strategies that integrate AI, machine learning, and CRM tools.
As a PhD scholar at Savitribai Phule Pune University, my research explores the intersection of digital marketing and pharmaceutical strategies, focusing on the role of Generation Z in healthcare marketing, the application of artificial intelligence in sales force automation, and the development of patient-centric solutions to improve adherence and outcomes.
