About

I, Dr. Prerana Nilesh Khairnar, am currently working as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Computer Engineering at Sir Visvesvaraya Institute of Technology (SVIT). Prior to joining SVIT, I served as a Lecturer in the Department of Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering at Pravara Rural Engineering College. I have more than 17 years of teaching experience in the field of Engineering education.

I completed both my undergraduate and postgraduate studies from Savitribai Phule Pune University and earned a Ph.D. in Electronics and Communication Engineering.

Throughout my academic career, I have published several research papers in reputed journals, book chapters, bulletins, and conference proceedings. I have actively participated in numerous national and international conferences and have also worked as a Conference Chair. In addition, I have presented various academic and research-oriented papers at different conferences across diverse domains.

I have published both an Australian Patent and an Indian Patent. My contributions to academics and research have been recognized through several awards, including the Global Eminent Teacher Award and the Best Teacher Award. I also serve as a Reviewer for the Journal of Institute of Scholars.

Further, I have authored the book titled Data Science and Machine Learning using Python, published by RLK Enterprises.
