About

I am an Ayurveda Post-Graduate specialising in Rasayana and Vajikarana (Rejuvenative and Reproductive Medicine). My research focuses on integrative approaches to reproductive health, geriatrics, and lifestyle-associated disorders, with an emphasis on evidence-based validation of Ayurvedic principles. I have expertise in Ayurveda Medicine, Marma Chikitsa, Nutrition and Health Education, and Music Therapy. My current academic work explores translational applications of Ayurveda in infertility management, neurodevelopmental conditions, and preventive health. I aim to contribute to global scientific discourse by fostering interdisciplinary collaborations that bridge classical Ayurveda with contemporary biomedical science.
