I am a doctoral candidate in the Semantic Technologies Team at ZB MED Information Centre for life sciences. My research includes the creation of software management plans, design the metadata schema, in-silico protocols for the reproducibility of machine learning, and the adherence to FAIR principles in machine learning. Furthermore, I am involved in computational biology initiatives, encompassing gut-microbiome analysis and artificial intelligence frameworks for patient data.

My educational foundation lies in computational biology, alongside professional experience in Protein Modelling and Simulations, Biomedical Data Science & Artificial Intelligence, and Bioinformatics.
