About
Hi, I am Anweshi Dewan. I pursued my bachelor's and master's degrees in Physics at Jadavpur University, Kolkata. Then, I moved to IISER Pune for my Ph.D., where my research was primarily focused on the development of transition metal oxide-based micro-nanostructures for electrochromic smart windows and smart energy storage applications. Later, during my postdoctoral research work at IISER Pune and KAIST, I expanded my field of expertise by working with different material systems, including MOFs and MXenes, with a major focus on applications in metal-air batteries and anode-free lithium metal batteries. Currently, I am working as an assistant scientific researcher at ICSI, Romania, where my research is concentrated on different sodium-based battery systems, including sodium metal batteries and anode-free sodium metal batteries. I am passionate about continuing my research in the battery field with a long-term goal of contributing to the research and development sectors of battery industries.
