I am working with Institute of Management Studies & Research, Maharshi Dayanand University, Rohtak, Haryana, INDIA as Assistant Professor of Management for last 6 Years. Earlier I taught at Management departments of JVMGRR College, Ch. Dadri; Vaish Institute of Management & Technology, Rohtak; BITS, Bhiwani, TIT&S, Bhiwani for 8 yrs and worked as entrepreneur at New Delhi and Chandigarh for 8 Years that all paid me real-time business situations experience. I am on the editorial board of three peer-reviewed journals, and associate editor of one peer-reviewed journal. I hold a PhD degree in Management from Maharshi Dayanand University, Rohtak. My areas of interest include General Management, Service Marketing, Retail Marketing, Financial Services, Financial Literacy and Consumer Protection. Additionally, I am certified and empanelled Financial Education Trainer of National Institute of Securities Markets, Mumbai; Securities and Exchange Board of India. I've authored two textbooks in Management. I've contributed more than 40 articles to peer-reviewed research journals and books. I have attended more than 70 Conferences/ Seminars at International/ National level.
