Shalini Porwal is a UGC-SRF doctoral researcher in Commerce at Chhatrapati Shahu Ji Maharaj University, Kanpur, India. She successfully completed her Pre-PhD Viva in August 2026. Her research focuses on digital transformation, digital literacy, artificial intelligence, and their socio-economic implications, with particular emphasis on India.
