Dr. Ritu Soryan is a distinguished academician, researcher, author, and thought leader with more than 25 years of extensive experience in higher education. Her academic and professional expertise spans Human Values, Professional Ethics, Business Communication, Soft Skills Development, Technical Communication, and English Literature. She has consistently contributed to interdisciplinary learning by integrating ethical awareness, communication excellence, and value-based education into professional and technical domains.
Dr. Soryan earned her Ph.D. from Rohilkhand University, Bareilly, India, where her research focused on religious orthodoxy and its influence on the development of value systems in society. Her scholarly work reflects a deep commitment to ethical consciousness, human development, and transformative education.
An accomplished author and prolific researcher, Dr. Soryan has authored more than fifteen books on Human Values, Soft Skills, Technical Communication, and Professional Ethics. In addition, she has published over twenty-five research papers in reputed national and international journals, contributing significantly to contemporary discussions on ethics, communication, education, and interdisciplinary studies.
Dr. Soryan is also an active international academic contributor and keynote speaker. She has delivered forty-six expert talks at national and international conferences, seminars, faculty development programs, and academic forums. Her international academic engagements include conferences and collaborative initiatives in Thailand, Brazil, Malaysia, Singapore, and the United States.
Throughout her academic journey, she has served in several prestigious institutions, including Teerthanker Mahaveer University, Poornima Group (Jaipur), Noida Institute of Engineering and Technology, and Dronacharya Group of Institutions, Greater Noida. She has taught and mentored students across diverse disciplines including B.Tech, MBA, MCA, and M.A. programs.
Dr. Soryan is actively associated with Collaborative Online International Learning (COIL) projects in partnership with institutions in Brazil and the USA, promoting cross-cultural and interdisciplinary academic collaboration. She is presently pursuing postdoctoral research in Singapore with a focus on the integration of Artificial Intelligence and ethical decision-making in engineering education.
